(05) Process

From line to steel in five steps.

  1. Step 01

    Survey & design

    We measure on site and work out the structure and the 3D model. Shop drawings come from that model.

  2. Step 02

    Fabrication

    Sections are cut, welded and primed. Parts leave the workshop ready to fit.

    Transport

    Long sections and finished modules travel to site on our own vehicles.

    Erection

    Modules are craned into place, bolted and welded.

    Handover

We settle the job on paper first, build it right in the workshop, then raise it safely on site. Our crew and vehicles carry our logo, and we stay with every job from start to finish.
